Dance Benefit for Japanese tsunami victims. |

2009 — Jenny
organized a benefit concert for Cuban Jewish victims of Hurricane
Ike. The concert, titled BLUES FIESTA, featured the Ineffable
Blues Band, the Burke Street Blues Band and
musician/emcee Charles Kaplan. Funds raised went to Jewish
communities in Cuba and Yad Ezer L'Chaver in Israel.

2008 — Jenny was a major organizer
of a benefit dance for the Jewish Communities of Camagüey
and Santiago de Cuba which had over 150 people attending and
raised more than $2300, divided evenly between both cities. |

Concerts for Phuket and Darfur
There
have been two concerts so far, the audience doubling from the first to
the second event. The first concert was to raise funds for Phuket Tsunami
relief and aid for Darfur. The second was devoted entirely to aid for
Darfur. Local Canadian musicians and performers donated their time and
talents to raise over $5000.

Jeni continues to organize weekly and
special events as Senior Programmer for her local senior center.
